Worried Obama begs donors, ‘Do you still have my back‘ said in a  letter sent out to all of his former supporters.

This letter was written on bended knee and sounds like a communication of desperation, coming from someone that is begging for support from a person that is NOT very sure of their popularity standing.

The once “shining star” of the Democratic party in 2007 who had people standing in line to kiss his ring and donate money to the party because of his very positive and convincing rhetoric; President Obama is now pleading with his former donors for help to push his agenda, having to convince them that his record is something that should wow them. What is he looking at?

Obviously; the agendas that he is pushing  will in someway help his contributors financially in the long run. There is never anything free in DC.

We all know the facts of life in DC the “District of Chumps”. When a person is on top of the heap all of “sucking uppers” flock around them like they just got off the cross but the word loyalty is very short lived in the land of back stabbers. Bay-Rock who??

In his communication to his contributors Obama said; “Do you still have my back?” “You should be proud of what we have been able to accomplish together,”  “Can I count on you?” That sound like questions asked by a very insecure person.

I think by now just about everyone in the country or according to the latest polls at least 64%  of the people have caught onto Mr. O’s act and pretty much have him pegged as a smooth talking, very convincing person that at the end of the day usually comes up empty handed.

The president’s note is to those who supported him in the past. “I would not be here today without you. You have been an essential partner in everything we have accomplished.” Now his wants to share the blame for his shortcomings on his contributors.

Obama laid out his five-part second term agenda in the letter, and it includes gun control along with immigration reform, jobs, climate change and fighting voter identification laws that Democrats say block minorities from the polls. “Gun violence still plagues our schools and communities.”

As I have stated many times before; if you listen to one of his speeches in 2007 and another one he made in 2014 they sound exactly the same.

Lets face it, if Obama was sure of himself and he did a halfway decent job, I don’t think he would have to chase contributors.

Abraham Lincoln once said “you can fool some of the people some if the time but not all of the people all of the time”. I think that time is here.

This is where Mr. O is at this point in his political carrier. Like my dear old buddy LJP would say “they are finally peeping his hole card.”
