“For the most part” the welfare system in this country is a monumental joke.
What are the POOR people in Louisiana going to have to resort to if they can’t pay for tattoos, lingerie, jewelry with government funded money? Maybe they will have to get a job. Heavens forbid.

The social services that are paid to people that do not need them is one of the reason the USA is in the financial dumpster. According to some specialists, it is almost too far gone to reform.
