2 teens accused in ‘thrill kill’ of Australian student-athlete plead not guilty:

For the life of me I cannot figure out when someone admits they have committed a crime and there is positive proof they have, why are they permitted to plead not guilty?

These three teenage thugs killed this Australian athlete because they admitted “they were bored.” Is that an admission of guilt or not? That is until the ambulance chasers got involved. Guilty plea, no trial, no cash for the mouth-pieces.

Millions of taxpayers’ dollars are squandered each year on criminals that were caught red handed, admitted they committed the crime or DNA has proved beyond a reasonable doubt that they are guilty. Why are they permitted to plea not guilty?

For the sake of saving money, putting the families of the victims through hell in the court room and wasting the courts valuable time, there should be some changes in the guide lines of legal system.

What kind of justice is there for the victims???
