Hillary Clinton poses with Pussy Riot members:

(CNN) – A photo of Hillary Clinton and members of the Russian pop band Pussy Riot has gone viral, with more than 9,000 retweets on Twitter and over 10,000 “favorites.”

Clinton’s Twitter account posted the photo, saying “Great to meet the strong & brave young women from #PussyRiot, who refuse to let their voices be silenced in #Russia.”

Hillary must be getting flash backs of deja voo as she connects with the girls remembering when she was as young energetic free-spirited filly tromping through the fields of Woodstock toking on a little weed with the future president of the USA. I think that she has a real connection with them; although they NEVER inhaled!!

Hillary recently posed for a picture at the Women’ s World Summit with a couple of the girls from Pussy Riot.

Pussy Riot is a group of anti-establishment Russian feminist that are stirring up the pot in Russia. They voicing their opinions in a very unorthodox manner on how the Putin administration should run their government. There are 11 women ranging in age from about 20 to 33.

It isn’t the messengers and their message that is disturbing to most Russians’, it is how they deliver it that is ruffling the feather of the authorities.

In 2012, five members of the group staged one of their revolutionary performance in Moscow’s Cathedral of Christ the Savior. They were seeking to attract attention when they put on an unruly  demonstrated in the church. They were finally evicted by the security guards of the church but not before they made quite a commotion.

As a result of their protest they became unwilling guests of the state  and spent a couple of years in the gulag.

Everyone should have the right to express their feelings on any issue; to tell someone that you do not like them or what they are doing but to spit in their face as they do it, that is where the lines should be drawn.

There are certain mindsets in different cultures that are heavily ingrained in peoples brains. It is going to be a long time, if ever before Russia is going to become a completely democratic society. Many Russian citizens want to revert to the old way and be a communist state again; probably including Putin.

Pussy Riot is certainly  making a mark from themselves and their voice is being heard. They may  win a few battles against the establishment but in the end, dealing with a guy like Putin and company, they are destine to lose the war.
