Adult circumcision could potentially halve risk of prostate cancer:
When performed on men over the age of 35, circumcision could reduce the risk of developing prostate cancer by nearly half, according to a Canadian study published in the British Journal of Urology International. The study’s authors emphasize that the effect was particularly significant among black men.
It took a couple of Canadian doctors to figure out that a little clipping of skin off the front end would have such pronounced results on the back end.
It is 2014 lads. I would think by now that all men in the world would have that EXTRA /USELESS piece of skin cut off at birth while they are still screaming. I know, insurance probably will not permit it. Maybe Obama-care will.
There are some cultures that are still living in the dark ages and are fearful that the “mara-boondies” are going to come after them if they break tradition and don’t get snipped.
Because of their superstitions and other tribal hang-ups, they fail to understand the consequences with living with that extra flap. By eliminating the small bit of epidermius there is a greater possibility of reducing the risk of sexually transmitted infections.
So for all of you expected parents out there, if a junior pops out instead of the little princess, tell the doc or midwife to have a set of pruning shears ready to do some trimming. Don’t wait until junior is 35 years old.
The kid will never remember the pain, they will live a lot healthier life and won’t be passing around the all of those unspeakable diseases.
