Holder cancels graduation speech amid protests:
Let the people’s voice be heard. It is about time someone displays their displeasure openly with Holder because of the manner in which he is conducting himself in office.
Attorney General Eric Holder was forced to cancel a speech to a graduating class of police cadets in Oklahoma City on Thursday, after crowds of Oklahomans’ flocked to the ceremony to protest his appearance.
Protest organizers said Holder’s planned speech to the law enforcement graduates was “inappropriate,” and argued that the attorney general has failed to uphold the law himself.
“A lot of people just felt that it was very inappropriate for this man, with his track record, to speak to law enforcement officers that demand and expect to be backed up by the government working on behalf of the citizens, not against the citizens,” State Rep. Mike Turner (R.), who is running for U.S. congress, told the Washington Free Beacon.
Holder has danced to his own tune ever since he was appointed by Obama. So far this administration seems to be bullet proof. They do what they want, how they want and when they want to do it with impunity.
Holder has been defiant to congress and deceitful to the American people by not being accountable for any of the mishaps that have transpired while he is in the top attorney’s seat. Any “civilian” that would take the same positions Holder has on many occasions would be eating out of a tin tray and looking through some bars for a good long time.
It is very difficult to have someone like Holder held accountable for his actions when he is being, either coached by Obama or he is demonstrating his boldness knowing that there will not be any repercussions and he won’t be held accountable.
If I am not mistaken; if there can be some racial innuendos attached to this incident there certainly will be. This has been the pattern of many people in this administration when they back is against the wall or they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
I would tend to believe, that like myself, I thing most good people don’t care what color, race, ethnicity, religion, if they have one green eye in the middle of their forehead, who their daddy is or if they even have one; all I want out of our elected officials is to be patriotic, love the United States as they should and do the job they were elected to do for ALL PEOPLE in the USA!!!
It is long overdue in this country that all of these professional politicians in DC and around the country join forces, do the job they were elected to do and quit pointing the finger at everyone else.
At least the good citizens of Oklahoma City have expressed their sentiments openly, standing by the principals they live by. Good for them!! I hope it it is contagious.
