Judge OKs decision to sell widow’s home over $6.30 debt:
These days there seems to be many out of control judges that are not using good judgment in many of their decisions. This is a very good example of such a case.

Eileen Battisti’s a widow in Beaver Pa had her house sold out from under her at a tax auction because three years ago she owed $6.30 in unpaid interest, a Pennsylvania judge has ruled. It sounds too far-fetched to believe.

“I paid everything, and didn’t know about the $6.30,” Battisti said. “For the house to be sold just because of $6.30 is crazy.”

What kind of country do we live in when there are some people in black robes making these crazy rulings?

Either the child molester is too pretty to be put in jail, the kids old man has too much money so no jail time or it was the guy in black 14th cousin by his 5th wife and they all got off Scott-free.

In the end this poor lady’s $260,000.00 house was sold for $116,000.00.

The decisions are made long  before the gavel bangs and they all depend on who the person is, how much money they have or who they are related to.

We have politicians in this country that are slum landlords who have defrauded the government out of millions of dollars and never lost their property or spent the night in jail.

This case leads one to wonder if the judge was related to the person that bought that house at the auction??
