Some legislative nut cases in Fairfax, Virginia  are attempting to pass a law limiting how many people can congregate at a residence at any given time. They gotta be kidding.

They may have a specific reasons for this crazy piece of legislation, such as kids throwing wild parties or trying to keep a whore house from moving in neighborhood but laws like this only opens a can of words with more government intervention into citizens personal lives.

They are suggesting that not more than 49 people assemble at one location at one time. A law like this may inhabit some  of their socialists life style.

If in fact the authorities are having a problem with out of control kids parties, all they have to do is step up and do what they were trained for; crowd control.

It is not a wise decision to enact another law for every unusual situation that arises.

Needless to say, we have toooooo many intrusive rules and regulation on the books already that control our lives.

I know one thing. If the guys with the wigs on could see how modern day politics are screwing up their bill of rights they would be turning over in their graves.
