Dolphins fine safety Don Jones for negative tweets about Michael Sam:
Since when is “freedom of the tweet” against the law and punishable with a fine in the land of the free? This is Don Jones’s opinion.
Lois Lerner will not be prosecuted or penalized for taking the 5th amendment 400 times and for contempt of congress but some jock that has an opinion is going to be fined for it. Doesn’t make any sense. Maybe Jones should have been a politician.
Shortly after the St. Louis Rams took Sam in the seventh round Saturday, Jones tweeted “OMG” and “Horrible.” The tweets were taken down a short time later. For this Jones was fined?
Then we have the obsequious coach Joe Philbin giving a statement “We were disappointed to read Don’s tweet; “The tweet was inappropriate and unacceptable say.” These comments are not consistent with the values and standards of our program.” Get a set of nuts coach.
Unless the entire tweet was not publicized, what did he really say that was out of line?
Anyone that can tell me that watching two grown men, one white and one black locking lips on national TV that they are not shocked and something everyone is talking about, that would be hard to believe.
This country has become so desensitized over some of the abnormalities that were not acceptable 20 or 30 years ago that it is mind-boggling. It can be classified as subliminal brainwashing.
Inch by inch the liberals are jamming these onetime taboo behaviors down peoples throat and it doesn’t appear they are getting much resistance.
When did we ever think that “family viewing” TV would have the filth that they show or witness the accolades that these bust out celebs like Miley Cyrus receives making them role models and heroes in all of the young kids? As a society we definitely have gone backwards in the morality department.
The list is of outrageous behavior is endless and growing. This type of liberal mentality is literally corrupting the minds our future generations.
I hope that Don Jones gets a good ambulance chaser to fight for his “freedom to tweet.” Isn’t this the USA??
After watching this video, tell me this is normal behavior and I will tell you that you need a guy with a couch.
It appears that Don Jones and myself are not the only people that find this offensive and unacceptable.
Speak up Americans. Aren’t you tired of being a puppet to the liberals just so you feel accepted?
