Was Jill Abramson Fired After Complaining About Pay Discrimination?

I would bet on it.

Abramson has had an ongoing “beef” with her two male chauvinistic scoundrel bosses, publisher Arthur Sulzberger, Jr. and Mark Thompson, the CEO over the fact that she was grossly under paid compared to the salary her predecessor was receiving.

Someone has to tell these two duds that the caveman style of running a business has gone out the window a few years ago. It is not permissible to drag the ladies around by their hair anymore. They don’t have to be subservient.

I hope Jill gets a good ambulance chaser to represent her and get all of the back pay she has coming and a big bonus on top of it.

There is no logical reason that all women shouldn’t receive the same pay as a man if she can perform the same quality of work and is suited for the position.
