Dallas Green and his company, Cowboys Barbeque and Rib Company from Fort Worth, Texas is by far the best Bar-B-Que in the USA and have the trophies to prove it. He has won almost every award out there.

Dallas is a man that loves what he does. He and his crew (mostly family members) travel the country  a good part of the year doing rib cook offs.

Dallas is a man who grew up the hard way, starting at 8 years old hustling his way into a tough world he was brought up in.

After years of scuffling and learning the facts of life the hard way Dallas has come out as one of, if not the best Bar-B-Que guy on the planet.

I went to see Dallas yesterday and had to stand in line for 45 minutes to get some ribs. The wait was well worth it. When I was finished eating I had sauce all the way up to my elbows. I would highly recommend the corn bread. Everything is homemade.

It has been told that there are people that will slit their wrists just to lick one of the bone from the St. Louis style ribs Dallas cooks up!!
