Does it or does it not verify what my last post stated about the incompetence of congress. ???

The only thing I had wrong was that there is a 90% disapproval rating instead of 80% as I stated.

What you see in this video is typical of governmental processes and procedures. It is admitted by one of their own.  It appears that Ron Paul has a few little more scruples than the rest of them.
