Police: Chicago thief targets victims in wheelchairs:

Here is a gutsy punk thief for you. He targets disabled people in wheel chairs as easy prey.

He picks them up physically from their wheelchair and removes their wallet, purse or bag and he flees.

Not only is this scumbag a petty thief but his also a coward.

I hope the next disabled person this cowardly prick tries to roll will have a 44 magnum tucked in his chair somewhere and blow this dude’s head off. People like this don’t understand anything else.
