Alabama police officer charged in sex abuse of child:
Who can a kid trust these days? I guess the answer is no-one.
ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – Authorities say a police officer from Alabama’s Gulf Coast has been arrested on charges of sexually abusing a child under age 12.
WALA-TV reports Orange Beach police officer Timothy Gavin resigned Friday morning before he was arrested. Baldwin County officials said Gavin joined the police department in 2005 and had been a member of the Baldwin County Drug Task Force since March.
Take a good look at this “bull dog”; he looks like he should be posing with numbers across his chest.
I don’t know who scrutinizes the application for the police department in that AB A LAMA but they should tighten up on their security process. No one can convince me that this is this piece of garbage’s first offense.
In the “old days” kids we taught to seek out a policeman, teacher, priest, councilor, some responsible adult if they had a problem. Times have sure changed.
Many of the people that get into these positions unfortunately get there for one reason; to have access to kids.
There should be special and more severe penalties for people in those positions if they cross the line with kids.
It certainly does not say much for the society we live in today when kids are subjected and exposed to degenerates like this x-cop.
Let us hope that when these scumbag is sent up, Bubba and his crew will give them a permanent attitude adjustment, prison style.
