Culpable homicide is a joke

“Blade Runner” Oscar Pistorius gets his verdict:

Double-amputee track star avoided murder charges, and conviction of lesser “culpable homicide” means he could also avoid prison

Culpable homicide def: is a specific offense in various jurisdictions within the Commonwealth of Nations which involves the illegal killing of a person either with or without an intention to kill.

Between the politics, the media hype, his money, the crying towel and Oscar’s Oscar winning performance; this out of control shooter may go free with just a slap on the wrist.

The justice system in South Africa is just as corrupt or ignorant as in any other country.

The outcome of a trial all depends what your name is, how much money a person has or what the social status is.

All the judge is doing in Pistorius’s case is playing with words; “the illegal killing of a person either with or without an intention to kill.”

Come on; the guy got pissed off at his girlfriend, she ran into the bathroom and locked the door like many women would do and Oscar unloaded on her.

Whether he intended to kill her or not is speculation but the fact still remains she is dead because of his reckless actions.

Oscar should give his acting coach a bonus and a starring role in the movie that will be made about this case where Oscar will make millions and maybe receive a real Oscar.

I can bet that her family is elated with the verdict.
