Charlie Sheen Pledges $1,000 To Burger Joint Server Who Was Tipped 20 Cents By NFL Star:
When a low class wealthy football star snubbed a waiter with a lousy minuscule tip, Charlie Sheen took it upon himself to right the wrong.
NFL player LeSean McCoy visited Philadelphia burger joint, PYT, earlier this week and left his waiter a 20 cent tip on a $61 check. After PYT owner, Tommy Up, publicized the tip amount on Facebook, Sheen responded to the incident on Twitter, saying he would give $1,000 to the server.
I bet the highly educated star athlete thought that he was supposed to leave .20 instead of 20%. The guy must not get out much.
Some people try to make excuses for these cheap celebs that stiff their servers because they claim “they don’t know any better.”
I call them “cheap pricks.”
This is nothing new. La-Bron is notorious for having fish hook in his pockets when it comes to tipping a server. He was in a place in Cleveland Hts. with his entire entourage, the owner graciously picked up the tab that had to be in the hundreds and “the big spender” left a 10.00 tip.
Personally I think the celebs put them selves above the servers. They forgot when they had their ass hanging out of a window before they “made it.”
“Hey celeb dudes; take the boxing gloves off and start showing a little class. You are the first ones to bitch when you are being abused financially.”
Chuck you are a classy guy in some areas. I don’t care what people say about you.
FYI: In 2012 “the big spender” McCoy signed a 45 million dollar contract. No wonder the POOR guy can’t afford to leave at least 20%.
Hey McCoy: At least 20% NOT 20 CENTS
