It is about time; this is what our country needs more of.

This is exactly what the USA needs people like Carter that are great role models, someone kids look up to and a person that is going to speak out against all of the violence and responsibilities in their community; not only black but all communities.

“This goes across all racial lines, ethnicities, religious backgrounds. People in disciplining their children. People with any sort of Christian background, they really believe in discipling their children,” Carter began. “My mom did the best job she could do raising seven kids by herself. But there are thousands of things that I have learned since then that my mom was wrong. This is the 21st century. My mom was wrong. She did the best she could, but she was wrong about some of that stuff she taught me. And I promised my kids that I won’t teach that mess to them. You can’t beat a kid to make him do what you want to do.”

If there is ever going to be any changes in the county’s behavior habits in a positive direction we need more people like Carter to take an active role in trying to turn things around.

Good for Carter. Now all he has to do is to get some of the other well-known celebs to stand up with him and be heard. They do have an impact on the kids and possibly their peers will wake up and smell the roses.

The good old boys club has to realize that this is 2014 not 1950. They have to start being men instead of a pack of punks. Put that macho bull-shit in the closet guys.

The only way to change is through education and example.
