Judge Mark Fuller a federal judge in Alabama gave his wife a good shellacking back in August.

  Now he is taking mug shots instead of giving them.

Cops responded to a 911 call from a swanky hotel in downtown Ab-A-Lama by a desperate lady that claimed her husband was doing the tarantella on her head. The dancer turned out to be federal judge Mark Fuller.

The judge’s wife had lacerations to her mouth and forehead and she said her husband had thrown her to the ground, pulled her hair and kicked her after she confronted him over an alleged affair her husband was having with a law clerk. Fuller’s wife told police that he dragged her around the room “and hit her several times in the mouth with his hands.”

Sometime after the beat down the judge gave a pathetic sob story because he got caught not because he thought he was wrong.

“I look forward to completing the family counseling that I voluntarily began several weeks ago and to successfully completing the requirements of the diversion.”

You know what I say to that: 

The clincher to this sad tale is; because of some kind of “cover their ass” laws that the judicial system’s law-makers enacted for their own protection, the good judge may not do one day in the slams and his record will be wiped cleaner than starving dogs fed bowl.

So much for justice for the ladies.

Hopefully the Missis will leave the gavel banging bum and take a good portion of his soldi with her. Probably not.

I wonder how many people he put in jail for doing exactly what he did? Like the priest that is a gigolo.
