There is an old saying that seems to fit this scenario; “you can always tell a person’s character by the company they keep.”
I have been very critical of Mr. O if the situation merited it and have complimented him if he deserved it. This one has turned into a zinger.
It seems that in recently Mr. O has chosen a strange bedfellow in Slick Al Sharpton. The “Prince of Pomade ” has been spending a lot of time on Pennsylvania Ave. and some people say in the advisory capacity to Mr. O. If the walls only had ears.
There is even some speculation that Al was very instrumental in advising Obama as to he should choose for the new AG to replace Holder.
The President of the USA should be very selective as to who he lets in the front door. Sharpton does not have what I would call a stellar reputation.
Sharpton has had his share of run in’s with the law through the years including accepting illegal campaign contributions, not file his taxes and a multitude of other offensives.

Sharpton demands accountability, but still owes millions in back taxes:
The deadbeat preacher, along with his nonprofit National Action Network and two for-profit firms, have racked up a total of $4.7 million in outstanding debt and liens, according to federal and state tax records.
Sharpton himself owes New York state $806,875 and has federal liens for unpaid personal income taxes against him totaling $2.6 million, records show.
The Harlem-based NAN owed $813,576 to the federal government at the end of 2012, according to the most recent filings for the group.
Sharpton’s company, Rev-Al Communications, owes $447,826 to the state. His Bo-Spanky Consulting firm has only $18.21 in outstanding debt, according to state records.
Why is it that Sharpton consistently gets way without serving any jail time for his infractions of the law? Is it because he is black and has a big following? It can be because he was or still is an FBI informant and the feds are giving his some slack for being a fink. It is surprising that one of the people he “dropped a dime on” haven’t evened the score.
Does it make sense that this is the type of guy Obama is hanging with these days? For no other reason; Obama should care about what kind of message he is sending to the kids in this country when he is associating publicly with a law breaker.
Can it be that Mr. O has put his best foot forward to this point and doesn’t care anymore about public perception, now that he is now a lame duck president and the mid-term elections are over?
Whatever the case may be Obama is making a huge mistake associating with Sharpton. Maybe he should have Slick Al use the back door when he visits.
Can this be a case of “Should the real Barrack Obama stand up?”
