THE SUPREME COURT’S OBAMACARE DISASTER:

This latest debacle or monumental resolution for the Sloth Court (three-toed sloth is the slowest mammal on Earth) to make a decision on how the taxes will apply for people that buy Obamacare.

There is a slight resemblance to some of them. 

What gives anyone the incentive or motivation to move quickly or to do their job in a timely manner if they know, they can’t get fired, their pay is never in jeopardy, they have a full pension when they retire and there are no age limits for them to step down or should I say “fall out of their wheel chairs.”

There should not be any government position that is an appointment for life like the Supreme Court justices have.

Years back there were several cases where some of the justices had to be wheeled in and out of court because they were unable to convey themselves and they were completely dysfunctional. “Blink once for yes and twice for no.”

I don’t believe in age discrimination but I do believe that when any person becomes ineffective in their position, it is time to get their hat or bonnet (old street slang meaning time to go).

The time frame in which they render a decision is so ridiculously slow and there is no way to budge them because they are the “Supreme Court.”

I am a firm believer that all jobs, whether in corporate America, sports or private industry, people should be paid by their performance level. We would see a dramatic change in a person working accomplishments if their pay was in peril.

It seems, especially with the government, the bigger the foul ball the higher position they hold and the less accountability the person has.

This very same thing only in a different manner applies to the Supreme Court and their lack of timely responsiveness. These people cannot be budged with a case of dynamite and they account to no one.

Wake up Lady Ginsburg, you are snoring is keeping us all awake. .
