Total misused of deadly force

This has to be one of the flagrant miscarriage of justice I have seen in a long time.

Eric Graner was selling cigarettes to the homeless on a New York street when he was confronted by some cops that didn’t have anything better to do, like busting a drug dealer, catching a murderer or trying to track down a rapist.

What Eric was doing is illegal but so is jaywalking.

As a consequence of the choke hold that was put on the big man he later died.

Yesterday a NY GRAND jury (they most have been smoking crack) found that there was not enough probable cause for the case of negligence/murder to try the cops that invariably killed Eric Garner. I think that is

bull

With all of the severe crimes there are going on in the Big Apple at any given time these cops had no justification for their deadly actions for such an insignificant misdemeanor.

When a choke hold like that is applied, it shuts off the blood going to the person brain and restricts or sometimes cuts of their ability to breath.

I hope that Garner family gets some satisfaction and some big bucks in this case.

A federal investigation has already begun.

I don’t know why it is called a GRAND JURY, there is nothing grand about it.

It is about time that there is a crackdown on the 10th of 1% of out of control cowboys that wear a badge and the people that review their wrongdoings.
