Deal To Fund Government On Verge Of Collapse:

Mr. O has a big monkey on his back and it is not just the republicans. There are a slew of democrats that are jumping ship and making the commander in chief of the big yacht he is sailing beginning to feel uncomfortable.

Typical show of loyalty – no honor among thieves but who can blame them?

WASHINGTON — Democrats and Republicans rebelled against the government funding bill Thursday, with a possible government shutdown looming just hours away.

Republican leaders insisted that they would not let the government run out of money at midnight, and would pass a stop-gap measure if a deal could not be reached in time.

As I have pointed out many times; these DC jokers have months and years to prepare for this government funding bill. They ALL, democrat donkeys (cousin of the jackass) and the republican elephants (they can’t remember anything) all sit on their fats asses waiting for the deadline to come and then they try to resolve the situation in a  critical mode.

One thing we can bet on; they will absolutely make sure that their asses are covered and their paychecks keep coming in even if the government does close its door. We wouldn’t want to see any of those overpaid, underfed politicians miss a meal.
