Frank and Louie have a rear condition called Janus where an animal has two faces. In a polite way we can call the critter a two faced cat.
It is rumored that the cat/cats (whatever you prefer) owner is going to change their names to Senate and Congress because of their abnormality.
Martha Stevens said because of the similarity between her pet and how the politicians conduct their business it is only fitting they share the same name as a two face creature.
