How does Brian Willams get past this one?
possibly I was a little too overzealous!
It goes without saying that the masses watch the news to get the straight scope from the anchor people. Williams declaration that day was anything but the truth.
This incident happened in 2003 when Williams was trying to get his name in the spotlight and he figured this statement may give him the boost he was looking for.
I am sure he deeply regrets making the claim; because of him getting caught in a lie or because he tried to deceive the public may never be known.
I always liked his news cast but didn’t exactly agree with everything he reported.
