Chandler Jones Says He Wants to Fight His Brother Jon ‘Bones’ Jones for Charity:

Chandler Jones must be from Philadelphia.

Chandler has put up a challenge to fight his brother Jon; for now we will refer to them Cain and Abel.

Jon is the undisputed light-heavy champion of the world in the UFC who is definitely one bad ass dude.

Anyone that has ever watched this guy fight can attest to his pugilistic capabilities. Jon can hit from any angle with both hands and feet, has brutal knees strikes, the most deadly elbow strikes in the business and even uses his shoulders as weapons from time to time. Jon is one fierce competitor. Some say he is the best of the best.

In the other corner would be his brother Chandler the Challenger  who is a defensive end for the New England Patriots. He is 6’5”, 265 pounds, while the smaller of the two is Jon who is a meer 6’4″, 205 pounds. Chandler has a 1.25” reach advantage than his older brother, which in my opinion has no relevance.

Chandler said; “Me and my brother used to fight all the time when we were young, I’m pretty sure I can take him down now. I am way bigger than he is.”

My money would be on Jon; not that I would expect a all out fight between the siblings.

They are talking about a 1 round fight and the proceeds will go to charity.  If this exhibition does go off, brother Chandler better be thankful it is only one round.

We want to keep this a clean and fight fair. The last fight Jon had he and his opponent Daniel Cormier were both tested positive for drugs after their fight. Why were they not tested before the fight? It is all about money.

Jones entered a rehab facility a few days later and was fined $ 25,000.00 for his infraction of the rules. Being high on cocaine has to be a great advantage in a fight.

Before Chandler gets into the square circle with his older sibling he should keep in mind what the DI told me in boot camp. “Better give you soul to god boy cause your ass is mine boy”.
