FAA to announce new rules for flying drones:

Washington (CNN) The Federal Aviation Administration will announce long awaited rules Sunday governing how Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, often called drones, will be legally allowed to fly in the United States for business purposes.

The stupidity of the people that run the government is mindboggling.

Is it Amazon delivering a package – the pizza guy – the government spying on us or one of our MANY enemies around the world carrying a bomb?

In their ruling the FAA specified they will allow drones to fly the skies for business purposes only. Who may I ask is going to check the drone business delivering permit after they are airborne??? All it takes is a couple of well-planned strikes to put this country at more of a risk than it already is. Why do these brain surgeons look for more trouble than we already have?

By the time the Air Force would scramble to shoot down an enemy drone, it will be too late to stop them.

If I am not mistaken didn’t some nut case just landed a drone on the White House’s front yard. What if that drone was armed and hit it’s target?

These decision makers are not as bulletproof as they think they are. Disastrous incidents can happen in a matter of seconds with no forewarning.

The people from the FAA have to be cousins of the TSA that were going allow small knives to be carried on board planes until their absurd recommendation was shot down by congress.  May be one of congress’s more brilliant moves.

Why would any person with the slightest bit of commonsense even consider a stupid move such as that? Did they forget what happened on 911?????

Ohio Now Allows Concealed Carry of Firearms in Bars

Over the weekend it became legal in Ohio for concealed carry permit holders to bring a gun into a bar or other business where alcohol is served.

Governor John Kasich signed the new law, in June and it went into effect over the weekend. The law prohibits those carrying a concealed weapon from drinking alcohol.

What are three things that do not blend well together – firearms – booze and drunks.

So a person is allowed to carry a gun into a bar but that person is not allowed to drink. Personally I don’t know many people that go to a bar for any other reason than to drink. It is just another poorly conceived plan by some politicians that has their heads in the twilight zone.

You can take it from the Commander and Chief; there are going to be some very serious repercussions if drones are allowed to fly in the USA. It will turn into; NOT SO FRIENDLY SKIES!

I can’t believe that the politicians and agencies are paid big money to make decisions this preposterous.

I would bet any amount of money;  if these same scenarios were put before a 10 year old kid they would see the absurdity of them.
