Powerful solar storm sparks stunning aurora around the world:

The arrogance of mankind should be humbled by the awesome power of nature when we see activity such as the solar storms that took place on the sun.

I have always maintained that the human race is only here on Earth on borrowed time. When Mother Nature feels that the visitors meter has run out with our stay, she will squash us all like a grape.

Last nights display of power on the Sun is just one example of  the many forces nature has at it’s disposal that can wipe us all out in a millisecond.

The energy the geomagnetic blasts emitted traveled at 2 million miles an hour. It is a good thing for the occupants of this little insignificant, planet there was not any solid space matter in the mix. We would have all been incinerated faster than Albert Sharpless can jump on a bus to get to a demonstration.

When this scenario does happens, and it will, all the money, all the politics, all the people that think they are special or privileged, all of the highflying self-absorbed aristocrats in this world will not matter at all. At that time and place, for the first time in history, all of mankind will be equals; absolutely meaningless and nothing but a microscopic speck of ash.

All the wars that were started over religions, greed, power, money, all the people killed and mutilated for centuries will have all been for nothing. In the end none of it will matter.
