Pope Accepts Resignation Of Bishop Robert Finn For Not Reporting Abuse:

Guys like this bishop are far worse than the pedophiles they have been sheltering. I really don’t know how they can face the congregation on a daily basis or hear confessions and preach to them about the evils of sin????? They are the biggest sinners of all.

We all know that pedophiles are sick in their head and supposedly cannot control their deviant urges.  On the other hand, the people that have protected them  theoretically have all of their facilities and are deliberately covering up for them.

There should be a law that makes the protector as guilty as the perpetrator and should receive the same penalty. Forget about hiding behind the collar.

One of the worst examples of molestation I read about was by a  priest named Lawrence Murphy (if that is what you want to call the sick bastard) admittedly molested as many as 200 deaf boys over 25 years.  The future Pope Benedict XVI who was Murphy’s boss at the time took no action to prosecute this piece of trash. Instead the Catholic Church exiled the bum to Ireland and put him on full pension for the rest of his life.  How sweet is that?

I wouldn’t doubt it if Murphy was on the phone with a hooker  arranging for a little night-cap.

I knew when Benedict resigned his post as pope that there was a lot more to his resignation than just poor health. This guy was up to his ass in an alligator pond and had to get out.

Anyone with half a brain would think, especially the Catholic Church that espouses to such holiness and a sin free life would take immediate action against these degenerate priests for the sake of the church’s reputation and more so for the benefit of the person that was molested.

The covers ups through the years were all done for the sake of the dollar. Their clandestine strategy backfired on the right handers  big time and eventually cost the church billions of dollars to settle the lawsuits.

I am wondering if Ex-Bishop Finn is eligible for his retirement compensation.  I knew the answer before I asked the question. That would be a double slap in the face to all the victims.

What could these holy men put on their job applications when they are looking for a job? Unholy man seeking a position that includes: free room and board – free vehicle – housekeeper – cook – work 12 hours a week – excellent pay.  Job experience; very little.

I know I am rough on these guy but they deserve all the backlash they get.
