Freddie Gray case: Defense attorneys call for prosecutor to be dismissed:

I could not agree more that the prosecutor in Baltimore should be removed from the Freddy Gray case.

It is apparent that she has an axe to grind with the police department. She may be right but it should proved without bias.

There are some circumstance that exist that makes Marilyn Mosby have conflicts of interest in the case, which makes her already prejudice stand even more one sided.

Mosby her husband, City Council member Nick Mosby, stand to gain financially and politically;

— She has personal relationships with potential witnesses;

— Her office took a role investigating the case;

— There is a pending civil lawsuit against her office;

— An attorney for Gray’s family is a close friend, supporter and a lawyer for Marilyn Mosby;

When I look at Mosby and her demeanor, she reminds me of Eric Holder wearing a dress.

Let’s keep the field of play on an even keel and let have the blindfolded lady do her thing.

Try to remember where we live. We ALL are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty; although it always doesn’t work the way. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
