Michelle Obama: I Faced Certain Questions Because Of ‘Fears And Misperceptions’ Around My Race:

In 2008 Mrs. O should have anticipated the down-side and some of the side-affects of being the 1st black first lady. She certainly should have known that she was in for a good scrutinizing if and when her husband was elected to the presidency.

She was the icebreaker, the first to test the waters, the Jackie Robinson of 1st ladies.  When anyone travels in unknown territory they have to expect the unexpected.

From the get go Mrs. O didn’t make things easy on herself or make many points with a lot of people when she said that this was the first time she was proud of her country. That statement went over like flacuating in a cathedral. Possibly she and Eric Holder had the same writer. Neither of them scored many points out of the box. In his maiden voyage as AG he called the Americans a bunch of cowards. If that ain’t signifying I don’t know what is.

Saturday she was at it again, expounding on how tough it was for her when Mr. O was running for office. In a speech she gave at the Tuskegee commencement she continued her sympathetic/feeling sorry for herself speech.

I really don’t know what Mrs. O’s motivation is but to piss off the people she is lecturing. How are the students she is speaking  to supposed to interrupt what she is saying? I would think with resentment against the white community. Is that what the position of a 1st lady is; to stoke the racial fires??

If she had the interest of racial harmony at heart she would try to show the many positive sides of being the 1st black first lady. Listening to Mrs. O speak, it sounds to me that she has nothing but resentment.

If that is the case; her husband was supposed to be the knight in shining armour that was going to turn the racial situation around in this country but has made very little headway in doing so.

The fact of the matter is; the USA was well on its way to achieving some success in the race relations department before Mr. O took his oath of office. There is a consensus of opinion existing that the race relations in this country are worse off now than when Obama was elected in 2008. Turn on the news.

I know that many of the people in the black community are not pleased with what he has done or hasn’t done to further their cause.  Many white people feel the same way. Promises – promises but never coming through.

In 2016 when I run for the top seat, I am going to promise everyone in the country a 4,000 sf. new house, a Bentley, a 7 figure income and they will not have to work for it. That should be enough for me to get the nod.

His responsibility should have been to establish harmony between all the races by bring them together  but instead he picked sides and created a lot of dissension for all concerned.

Barack Obama was elected as President of the United States not the president of just the black people or just the white.  He should be exercising his authority PUBLICLY on bring all of the citizens of the USA together, not one race getting even with the other.

As far as Mrs. O goes, I would think that she was been very well accepted by the majority of the American people and has had a pretty good ride so far. A few bumps here and there but all in all a good ride.
