This hot shot cop should be fired immediately. I see nothing in the video that warranted him slamming the girl to the ground, kneeling on her back and pulling out his firearm on the boys.

This cop is a corporal in the police department; meaning he is not a rookie that just came on the force and should have had more field experience than a NEW guy.

There should be a no tolerance policy in all police departments when their officers go overboard.

With the proper training and discipline incidents like this should not happen.

Should a cop have the right to use deadly force if necessary? Absolutely YES but they should have enough training and street experience to know when to pull their piece and when not to.

Is it a tough job being a cop especially these days?  Yes, without a doubt.   They chose the occupation and it is their responsibility to handle themselves accordingly.
