Dylann Storm Roof, the suspect in a deadly rampage at a historic black church in South Carolina, has been arrested in North Carolina, sources tell CBS News.

Check out his middle name. Someone must have had a premonition when they named this devil. His eyes tell the tale.

Is there a way to prevent these psychopaths from their despicable crimes? Sad to say no. The only possible way to circumvent these killers from committing the crimes is to have someone close to them turn them into the authorities based on speculation that they are a menace to society. That is very difficult to pull off and only putting a bandaid on the problem.
