It is hard to believe that a person who is running for the top seat in the country could make such a mistake when he referred to the South Carolina shooting as an accident.

I don’t think there was anything malicious intended but Perry better stay after school and get his fact together. Blunders like this are made by the average dummy but not a person running for the presidency.
I think we call that putting ones foot I their mouth. This is common among our politicians.
