Jon Stewart Exposes Chris Christie’s ‘Unpardonable Crime’:

On last night’s show Stewart referred to Chris Christie as; 10 pounds of shit in a 5 pound bag. That boy better watch his speed if he travels through The Garden State.

Because of humor like that, I think many of the Late Night comics go way overboard with their dialog.  Just another Saturday nite live performance.

What I do agree with is Stewart’s assessments of what Christie did or didn’t do while serving as governor of New Jersey.

“Under him, New Jersey’s had its credit downgraded eight times, unemployment has run rampant, his capos blocked traffic for political retribution, the Sandy rebuilding effort remains pathetic, he’s raided pensions after promising not to, his abominable, Exxon settlement — not that anyone in the Republican primary is going to give a shit about that stuff.” Stewart said. “But he has crossed the line for Republicans.”  That was when Christie complimented Obama during the Sandy disaster. I feel if someone deserves a compliment, no matter who they are they should be given one.

Realistically; how should a person be judged, especially in politics? I would say by their past performance.  That is not always the case and most of the time never the case but it should be the case.

Politics has to be the dirtiest occupation on the planet. They tell their people exactly what they want to hear in order to get elected – never or rarely come through with their promises/commitments – make very big money for doing almost nothing – their perks and retirement packages are off the charts – they tell 10 lies to get out of 1 – but the blind sheep that are following these birds keep giving them an X on election day. Go figure!! They must have a bucket on their heads.

We can almost put Christie and The Donald in the same category. They both are no-nonsense guys that shoot from the hip (what they are aiming at my be questionable), are very bold in getting their messages across but as I have alluded to before; voters are afraid of people like that. They rather have some sweet talking con artist bull-shit the hell out of them and still want to believe in the tooth fairy.

Putting things in perspective. Who would you rather be in a foxhole with in the time of war?  Someone with the backbone and tenacity to do what has to be done no matter what the consequences are or some lily-livered snake oil salesmen? Just incase you haven’t noticed; the USA and the rest of the world are up to their ass in crocodile.

Sad to say the majority of the voters love to be lied to. I don’t know if they really believe in what the candidate is selling or they are just too gullible to recognize the reality?

I hope they keep in mind that I still have about 3,000,000 acres of that Okefenokee swamp land for sale.

Better snap them up guys; they are going like ocean front property. With each parcel purchased, I will throw in a brand new Rolls. All vehicles will be equipped with a genuine alligator hide interior extracted right from your front yard.
