When there is a wacko cop on the loose, it doesn’t matter to them if the person they have apprehended is black, white, yellow or green. Race or color doesn’t mean a thing to this highly dysfunctional group of people. They will take out their own inhibitions or hostilities on anyone that crosses their path. We can label these storm troopers overzealous, nuts cases or aggressive sadists.

As we can see by this video, the suspect was handcuffed and clearly not a threat to anyone but maybe himself.  First the cop drags the guy out of the squad car, he lands on his face and opens up a decent size wound on his chin. After Rocky Balboa gets the guy into a cell he continues doing the tarantella on his head.

If the cop would have just stepped back and laughed at his prisoner when he was given the finger, that would have been an easy solution to the situation.

The cop knew the camera was recording him but apparently didn’t care. These guys are supposed to be trained professionals and know how to handle drunks and the like.

The solution to many of these ongoing problems throughout the USA was supposed to be the present of cameras, in the patrol cars, in the jails and on the cops to protect the prisoners and cops as well. Apparently to some of the cops, camera or no camera, they are determined to give someone a beating regardless.

There many situations where the cops must apply physical force in order to get their prisoner under control but this was not one of them.

This type of person is a mental midget and a small percentage that engage in various occupations so they can enjoy the fringe benefits. Some cops that love the power of the gun and the badge and think they can misuse their authority legally – scumbags involved in children activities so they can molest them – high-rollers working in financial institutions so they can take home some samples – etc..

One of the fringes benefits afforded to the cops used to be, they could beat the hell out of their prisoners with impunity.  The media and cameras seem to have put the kibosh to it slightly but as we can see by this video; to some of these guys with no self-control are not fazed by the cameras or the consequences.

Let’s hope that the cameras and authorities keep up their surveillance on these bums and weed out as many as they can. When they are caught going haywire they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

It takes a real brave person to beat the hell out of someone that is handcuffed.

Lets not judge all the good cop out there that put their lives on the line daily to protect all of us. It is one tough, unappreciated and one unenviable  job.

We all owe the good cops a debt of gratitude and I salute all the good men in blue.
