Round 0ne

In an interview I saw on Fox earlier today; they asked a Marine Corps 3 star general (I didn’t get him name) if he thought the outcome of the massacre at the Navy Yard would have had been different if the 4 Marines and the Sailor were armed. I was very surprised at his answer. He said he didn’t know. Now that is a typical answer that I would expect to come from a politician; keeping it safe.

How could the outcome not been any different? If nothing else; they would have had a chance to defend themselves.

Whatever happened to the old school Marine Corps generals that had some balls and would tell it like it is?

Surprise, surprise, surprise. Is he just another one of the administrations puppets that is reluctant to speak up for fear of reprisals?

It is no secret; either the people that work in the government dance to the tune of the orchestra leader or they better find a new band to play in.

Round 2

It is about time that some of the states in the union have decided to arm the military people that are on duty. I suggested that months ago, only I suggested that all personnel on duty and off duty be armed. Can it be that some of the governors are wising up and finally reading the Goomba Gazette? It wouldn’t hurt!!

I made a prediction sometime back that there is a strong possibility that many non-military citizens in this country will have to arm themselves in order to be protected from some sort of terrorism. This is not beyond the realm of the imagination; but a strong possibility.

What is going on across the pond didn’t happen overnight. It took decades and centuries to get to the deplorable condition they are in and the USA will not be immune to that type of tumultuous activity  somewhere down the road.

Round 3

Until 911, when reality hit the USA like a bomb, the citizens of this country had no idea what the true definition of terrorism truly meant. Now we are getting a very good taste of it and are just seeing the tip of the iceberg. .

The FBI made a brilliant observation today and decided that ISIS is more of a threat to the USA and the rest of the world than Al Qaeda is.  What the hell took them so long? Some 10 year old kid told me that a year ago.

Round 4

John Kerry is try to sell his obsequious Iran package to congress today and is running into heavy opposition.  Congress does not agree to most of the conditions.

The game plan or plan of attack way back when was for Mr. O to present a proposal to congress as to what the DEAL would entail before sending Kerry on his begging mission to negotiate with Iran; that never happened.

Instead Obama sent his rep Kerry to meet with the Iranian desperados of deception, wearing knee pads, to make a deal no matter what the cost to the world would be, without consulting congress first. I would consider that was putting the horse before the cart; typical governmental maneuver.

That just goes to show us that this entire deal was contrived on a wing and a prayer.

What we have now is a bigger quagmire then we had before.  If the USA backs out of the agreement because congress will not approve it; the habitual deal breakers in Iran are going to throw stones at the United States for being deceptive and deceitful; something they are very well versed on.

I think we are better off having stone thrown at us than getting tied into an agreement that Iran is sure to renege on sooner than later.

We definitely are in a Catch 44 situation; double what a Catch 22 is.
