Lifeguard Attacked By Trio, Fights Back Fiercely:
Ask and you shall receive; seek and you will find; knock and someone is going to kick your ass.
Two bad assed beach going punks, Harutiun Balyan, 30, and Ara Sarkisyan, 28 and their lady (using the word loosely), Arusiak Gekchyan, 28 bit off a little more than they could chew when they called ass on the lifeguard. (I am wondering if the treacherous trio are citizens of the USA)
The three bums were walking on the boardwalk in LA and sucking on a couple of cancer sticks when the lifeguard asked them to not smoke on the boardwalk. Signs were clearly posted.
The trio refused to put out the cigarettes. That is when the lifeguard (name withheld) came down from his perch and the trio attack him. Lifeguards in California have the same authority as a cops.
The biggest idiot in the trio got in the first punch at the lifeguard but wound up getting his cocky ass knocked out.
Really; what does it take to be a law-abiding citizen? Not very much if you are not a scumbag. Most laws are written to insure the safety of the public. I guess when a person is an scumbag, laws do not apply to them.
Invariably; if someone is looking or a headache as the trio evidently were, they can usually find one.
The three lawbreakers are going to be charged with assault and battery.
Unfortunately, the lifeguard may have broken his hand in the scuffle when he was giving the big punk a facial.
