The Blade Runner was scheduled to be released from prison today through some manipulation of the South African politics and some big time money behind him,

I am very pleased to see that justice has rained supreme over money and politics for one time.

This killer spent only 10 months in prison for killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp  in a fit of anger, out of a five year sentence. He should have received life.

I really do think that the blade runner’s Academy Award performances during his trial did sway the judge’s decision.  He was a national hero in South Africa, that for all intents and purposes, he thought he could walk across the Indian Ocean.

It was recommended by the parole board that Oscar be put on house arrest for the remaining time of his 5 year sentence.

There was some conversation circulating that Oscar was distraught over the fact that he had to watch TV with 500 other blooks, eat in the mess hall with the same crew and didn’t have private showering facilities. Poor thing. He should have thought of that before he shot and killed his girlfriend.

I can imagine how the family of Reeva feels.  First of all he got a sentence that some guys get for spitting on the sidewalk. To add insult to injury, he was only going to serve 10 months of a 5 years sentence.

It is a shame what the celebs and the wealthy get away with in this world; if they have a good ambulance chaser and a judge that is on the take.
