Will the real Judo Guy please stand up

If you want to see just how cagey (KGB) the Judo Guy can be, watch this interview that he did with Charlie Rose from CBS.

One thing to bear in mind; Putin is a former high ranking KGB agent that is well schooled in deception, faking out his opposition, always trying to have the upper hand in any situation, shrewd as they come and very charming when he has to be.

There is no doubt at all that Putin controls Russia with an iron hand. It is either his way or the highway; possibly the graveyard; although in the interview he tries to downplay his dominating control.

Take note in the interview of his facial expressions. They are the tell tale clews. He looks like the fox that caught the hen. He is very mythological with his answers, slow to answer and only reveals what he want you to know.

Putin all that aside; he is definitely a true patriot of Russia, although some of his motivations and tactics can be questionable. He is a well seasoned military man and a person that can not be intimidated or pushed around.

He is a very crafty individual that tries to take the spot light off of himself in order to deliver his deception.

It is not a secret that he and Mr. O do not exactly see things eye to eye but will not answer the question about their relationship.  Personally I believe that he intimidates his American counterpart.

There has to be a reason why Putin consented to this interview. In my opinion he is attempting to paint a good portrait of himself for the world to see.

It is unfortunate that there so many downsides to the guy, it sort of diminishes his humanitarian side but as the old saying goes; it all goes with the territory.

When Wyatt Earp was hire to clean up Dodge City,  the city father knew he had a shady past but he was a necessary evil. Sometimes it takes an iron hand to get the messages across. Just how heavy that hand operates is a different story.

When supposed leaders are too indecisive in their decision making, their opponents have their number right out of the box. There is an old saying in the martial arts; your opponent can smell your fear. For the most part, insecure people are beaten before the bell rings.

Putin’s shenanigans with the Olympics cost the Russian people billion of dollars; with most of the construction GIVEN out to his comrade cronies with no competitive bidding.  Were there any kickbacks?  What do you think?

There have been scores of journalists and people that have gone against the establishment in Russia that didn’t live long enough to collect their pensions. Most of the crimes have never been solved. Did he have a hand in them?

Although, the old way of doing business atmosphere has calmed down in Russia, it is still a country where a person takes their life in their hands when they take a dramatic stand against the government.

Complex people like Val(that is what his close friends call him) should not be taken at face value. The wheels are always turning behind their facade to try pull their opponent off guard. That is when the Judo Guy body slams his foe.

I can’t help respecting the guy for his leadership abilities. I will use this analogy;  I really admire the guy but I certainly disapprove of some of the things he does.

He may be too heavy handed in the way he runs his country but he is no one’s fool and will take advantage of anyone that he feels has a particular weakness.

The chess game of big time politics.  Never let your opponent see you sweat.
