Critics blast $20M Cal-Berkeley fund for race-based scholarships, hiring

Why pass laws if they are not obeyed?

Cal-Berkley is one of the most PC / bleeding hearts institutions of lower learn in the country.  They have made it their mission to break the law by doing some fancy Pearl Harbor maneuvering and are discrimination against many white kids attempting to attend their school or at the very least giving the minorities a leg up.

Educators such as them are the same people that want to low aptitude scores or qualifications for minorities so they can pass admission tests easier. I have always considered that a big insult to the minorities that some FOLKS believe they needed special considerations when testing; only indicating to me that the same FOLKS don’t think they have the same mentality as white people do.

This country is supposed to be striving for equality between all races not special treatment for individual groups. How are these backdoor tactics supposed to make the white trash in this country feel? We can’t continue to look back on what happened years back because that is counterproductive. Only people with sharp-less mentalities love to dwell on what happen yesterday and making it very difficult to advance into tomorrow.

I wonder if these professors on the governing board or whatever they are, ever considered moving out of their house that they worked so hard for and give it to a minority???

If they wanted to set aside some funding for a person from a low income family, no matter what their race is, that may be acceptable.

In 1996 Proposition 209 was passed barring state institutions from considering race, sex, or ethnicity for public employment, contracting and education.  The university has developed a Pearl Harbor /sneak attack to circumvent the law by making it a fund.

The $20 million fund was unveiled by a top California university last month to endow scholarships for African-American students and to hire diverse faculty is just the latest attempt to get around a state law barring schools from using racial preferences in admissions, according to critics, who are vowing yet another legal battle. 

Even Ward Connerly, a conservative African-American who is one of the architects of Prop 209, said the initiative appears to be illegal.

If all of the dummies in this country would not continue to dwell on the race issue as much as they do and start considering what is good for all Americans, we would not have all of the problems that they generate.

There is nothing that pisses a person/population off more than some trouble making ball busters that is continually telling them someone is trying to screw them. They just love to throw gasoline on the fire.
