Two THUGS are charged after cop is lured from his vehicle and beaten:

Should these two thugs be charged with a hate crime? You bet your sweet little ass they should.

The thug on the left, Gomez, we can call him thug # 1, enticed the unnamed officer out of his cruiser; that is when Lee, thug # 2 began shouted encouragements by cheering on thug #1 and had the audacity/balls to put it on video.

This must be a new pass time in the hood, filming their homies beating the shit out of a cop. They probably do it to increase their street creds.  What a life!!!

I am going to take a wild guess and say that these two thugs were molested by both of their parents, beat up by every bully in the neighborhood, bitch slapped by the older sisters and made to wear girls under garments by their old man, plus their great great granddaddy  was a child molester. At least that will be the defense their ambulance chaser is going concoct.

Let call it like it is. They both had an intense hatred for law enforcement because they heard some hate groups recently preach; down with the pigs. So being the stellar citizens they are, they wanted to give back to the sick community they live in by beating the people that are trying to protect their criminal asses.

To me it looks like these two thugs definitely fall under these guidelines. That is unless they get some bleeding hearted judge that believes the outline I just made up and is overcome with emotion when he hears their plea.

What are these law drawn up for if they are not enforced in the appropriate circumstances?

I am wondering if they get sent to the slams, if they will qualify for early release under the new provisions of the present administration?  Food for thought.
