Is there going to be real justice for the traitor/deserter?

Army officer recommends no jail time for the traitor/deserter Bergdahl, attorney says:

This guy most probably has a degree in traitors # 101. Some wack-job, supposed military dude named Lt. Col. Mark Visger (how did he ever get such a high rank) has recommended that Bergdahl’s case be referred to a special court martial, which is a misdemeanor-level forum. It limits the maximum punishment to reduction in rank, a bad-conduct discharge and a term of up to a year in prison.

But in another frame of mind, Visger also recommended that there be no prison time or punitive discharge against Bergdahl. He should have been on the team of the troops that went looking for the deserter.

Where does this guy’s allegiance lie? Obviously not with the USA, not with the 6 soldiers that went looking for the deserter/traitor and were killed as a result, not in the interest of their families, where?

These are some of the comments by his fellow soldiers and some civilians.

• “I say we welcome him home with a firing squad.,” one says. “He’s a piece of trash and everyone from [Fort Richardson] knows it the only person less American than that man is the president for giving up 5 hvt’s [High-Value Targets]”
• “Now he can stand trial for deserting his post,” says one message on his unit’s Facebook page—a sentiment that has garnered 44 “likes”.
• “Do you know how many families never saw their loved ones because of him?” a third poster asked.

The deserter/traitor and his ambulance chasers came up with the preposterous story that Berghald deserted his post to find some  general to report improprieties that were happening on base when he was captured by the Taliban.

You know at I have to say about that:   

The military initiated a search and rescue team to find the deserter/traitor not actually knowing that he left his post voluntarily.

These are the men that lost their lives looking for the scum-bag.

Staff Sergeant Clayton Bowen, 29, of San Antonio, Texas, and Private 1^st Class Morris Walker, 23, of Chapel Hill, N.C., were killed by a roadside bomb in Paktika province on Aug. 18, 2009, while trying to find Bergdahl. Like Bergdahl, they were part of the 4^th BCT from Fort Richardson, Alaska.

Staff Sergeant Kurt Curtiss, 27, of Murray, Utah, died Aug. 26 in Paktika Province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when he was shot while his unit was supporting Afghan security forces during an enemy attack. Like Bergdahl, Bowen and Walker, he was part of the 4^th BCT.

2nd Lieutenant Darryn Andrews, 34, of Dallas, Texas, died Sept. 4 in Paktika Province when enemy forces attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device and a rocket-propelled grenade. Like Bergdahl, Bowen, Walker and Curtiss, Andrews was part of the 4^th BCT.

Staff Sergeant Michael Murphrey, 25, of Snyder, Texas, died Sept. 6 in Paktika province after being wounded by an IED. Like Bergdahl, Bowen, Walker, Curtiss and Andrews, Murphrey was part of the 4^th BCT.

How does the military explain or justify the loss of their loved ones lives to save a deserter?

Gen. Robert Abrams will have the last word on whether the case should be referred to a court-martial. Naturally, there is no timeline has been given for a decision from Abrams. We wouldn’t want the BRASS to have to rush into anything. After-all we don’t want to screw up their “T” time. This incident only happened 6 years ago. What is the rush to bring this traitor to justice? He should be facing a firing squad the next day after his return.

Here is the real corker that snow balled into a real fiasco.  Mr. O in all of his WISDOM released 5 super terrorists from Guantanamo in exchange/swap for Bergdhal’s. What was Obama’s logic?

That would be like trading the Hope Diamond for a Timex.

These 5 super terrorists were deported back to their MOTHER LAND where they immediately picked up where they left off, engaging in their terrorists activities. Most probably, they will be responsible for 1,000’s of lives before it is all over. Who’s side is Obama on????????????????????

There are two words I try to live by when making a decision, especially important ones. From what I can see it doesn’t seem to me that very many people in this country that sit in high places have or use the same mentality I do.

Ladies and gents; these decisions that are made by our government’s officials is not rocket science and does not require a great deal of intellect. Obvious the bad decisions they have made put our country in harm’s way and have long lasting effects.

Decisions such as these lead a person to wonder WHOSE SIDE ARE THEY ON ANYWAY???
