Study: 99 percent probability of Los Angeles-area quake:

Those are some serious numbers. 99% of anything is as good as or bad as it can get.

There are a lot of pluses attached to living in the Golden State but there is one major threat (The Big One) that scientists have been predicting for years.

Should the residence of California be concerned? I would hope so.

What can be done to circumvent their injuries? Move!!

I am always amazed when I hear the experts in the construction industry refer to anything that is earth quake or tornado proof. There is not such an animal that exists. I don’t know if it is just an expression they use or if they really believe it.

If at anytime Mother Nature wants to get us, she can do it in a micro-second. We are only on this planet because she hasn’t got pissed off enough yet by retaliating for the way mankind has tried to abuse her. Frack that!!

LOS ANGELES (AP) — There is a 99.9 percent chance of a magnitude-5 or greater earthquake striking within three years in the greater Los Angeles area, while a magnitude-5 quake was found to be extremely likely by April 1, 2018, one of magnitude-6 or higher was pegged at just 35 percent and the largest potential quake was estimated at 6.3.

When the scientists are that specific by even pegging the date of April 1 2018, I think I would take them serious.

Based on making a commonsense decisions, I usually have the answer to most problem or situation; in this case the only one I can come up with is; like they say in the streets; better get you hat folks!!

I would wager that only 1/10 of 1 percent of the population will not heed the warning, if that.

It is a very tough predicament to be in.
