Albuquerque road rage: Man confesses to killing 4-year-old, police say:

What a beautiful little girl Lilly was. Her precious life ended far too soon by some enraged gun toting motorist.

This wack-job Tony Torrez confessed to the shooting that killed 4 year old Lilly Garcia in a fit of road-rage in Albuquerque, New Mexico. An anonymous tip led to the apprehension of Torrez on Wednesday. This is how gang-bangers settle their differences.

My heart breaks when I hear of incidents such as this. The loss of this beautiful little girl has be a very big cross to bear for her family. I wish them the best.

Is Torrez going to get a bleeding hearted judge that thinks the guy had a rough life and gives him a pass?? Never say never!!

These random shooting/killings are totally unnecessary; they make it very hard for all competent, legal gun owners to carry.

Is there a way to prevent these mishaps from happening? I don’t think so, except, like all of the other issues that plague us; EDUCATION is the only complete answer.

It is truly unfortunate that the normal every day, law abiding Joe Citizen is forced to carry a firearm in order to protect themselves and their family. We are forced into it by the criminals.

I cannot even imagine what the conditions in this country would be except total chaos if all of the good guys turned in their guns and the criminals were the only ones packing. It would be a total takeover of what is left of our semi-civilized society as we know it today.

I would be the first one in line giving up my firearms if all of the criminals were disarmed but that will never happen.

My solution –  # 1 EDUCATION, it is the key to ALL of mankind’s problems.  Be proactive,  don’t go where you don’t belong, be very vigilant, if you sense trouble brewing make your exit ASAP.

EDUCATION in all areas should begin as soon as the baby comes out of that little comfortable pocket they have been developing in for 9 months. Waiting until someone is in their teens to set them on the right path is probably too late.
