This is the post I did yesterday about the cop killer.

Little did I know when I did the post that some bleeding heart-ed judges let the cop killer go with a slap on the wrist of rehab instead of jail time for some of his past crimes.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Patricia Nuñez said it “breaks her heart” and that she is “truly sorry” for not giving this career criminal jail time.  That and 1.50 will get you a cup f coffee at Mickey D’s.

One of the New York judges who helped send a cop killer to rehab instead of jail five months ago said Friday that she was truly sorry when she heard about deadly shooting. I don’t think that he apology will cut an ice with the slain officer  Holders family.

It is reported that the scumbag Tyrone Howard is not a cherry in the world of criminal activity. He has a history of three felony sale convictions and a long history of being involved in the drug trade.

Despite those fact, the dimwitted judge found it more feasible to give this thug rehab time instead of jail time.

Maybe in 100 or 200 years some of these court jesters will come to the realization that some incorrigible people cannot be rehabilitated.

How the hell did some of these people get on the bench to start with. Did they buy their way in or was their Daddy sitting in that seat before them and handed it down?

I have a solution that would  give these kind of people a reality check. They should be compelled to live in the ghetto for a month and than we may see a different mentality, that is if they survive.

Some people are just hardened criminals; their old man was – their mother was and all of their siblings are. Is it their fault? Not when they are 10 years old but when they reach a reasonable age of understanding, then it is time to assume their own responsibility.

This kind of injustice is not uncommon. There are many horror stories about criminals that have relieved a slap on the wrist from some judge that is an idiot – a bleeding heart or that is on the take; only for the criminal to repeat the crime or one that is worse.

Take Minnesota for instance. The recidivism (return offenders) rate increased 11%, and by 2007 the state posted the highest prisoner return rate of all participating states at 61.2%.

These thugs are no different than Brer Rabbit who conned the fox into throwing him in the brier patch by telling him he hated it but that is exactly he wanted to go.

When these repeat offenders get sent back to the slams; it is like old home week for them. They love it because that is where the majority of their family and homies are.

It is not a case of the judges learning from others mistakes; they will continue to make poor decisions and the beat goes on.  They still crawl into their nice warm bed at night with a clear conscience.

I wonder if some criminal had a gun stuck in their ear – some criminal was molesting one of the kids – their Ma Ma getting her ass kicked or their home or place of business was being robbed; would they want one of the men in blue at their side to defend them? You can bet they would.

There are bad seeds in all professions. If a doctor botches up a surgery, does that mean we kill all the doctors in the country; if a mechanic screws up your car, do we kill them all?

It is a shame that the hierarchy in the USA, in all forms of government have lost their tenacity allowing the PC-ers and professional agitators to take control.

One thing to remember FOLKS; once something is relinquished, you never, ever get it back.

There are laws on the books that are supposed to be set in motion if a person or an organization insights discourse or causes riots.

18 U.S. Code § 2102 – Definitions

(a)

As used in this chapter, the term “riot” means a public disturbance involving (1) an act or acts of violence by one or more persons part of an assemblage of three or more persons, which act or acts shall constitute a clear and present danger of, or shall result in, damage or injury to the property of any other person or to the person of any other individual or (2) a threat or threats of the commission of an act or acts of violence by one or more persons part of an assemblage of three or more persons having, individually or collectively, the ability of immediate execution of such threat or threats, where the performance of the threatened act or acts of violence would constitute a clear and present danger of, or would result in, damage or injury to the property of any other person or to the person of any other individual.

(b)

As used in this chapter, the term “to incite a riot”, or “to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot”, includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.

The laws do exist allowing the arrest and prosecute this type of illegal activity; but because in the last few years the establishment has bent over so far to pacify the liberal organizations, I don’t know if we can ever get back to a country that has some scruples and dignity about it.  The way the systems operate now is shameful.

It is getting so bad with many of the restrictions, cops and just about everyone else are walking on egg shells trying not to offend certain religions and races. In some instances the cops might as well be handcuffed while trying to do their jobs.

The good cops, who are the majority have to be entrusted to use good commonsense and their training when responding to a crime. They need the support of the cities, counties and states they work for in order to perform their job efficiently.

These rebel-rousing demonstrators are deliberately out in the streets inciting some mentally challenged people to go out and kill cops. What can be more blatant than that? They should be arrested.

If this style of ignorance and lawlessness is not stopped and very soon, it is going to spiral out of control and our streets in the USA are going to resemble a third world country. Some, like in The Windy City already do.

Imagine that there are some locations in this country that are so out of control some of the cops will not go into to investigate crimes.  That number is going to expand.

Has there been a severe problem with the 1/10 of 1 % with some rouge cops? Absolutely yes.  These bad seeds are going to have to be weeded out and eliminated. Because of their very minute status, it does not give some wacked-out citizens of this country the right to put targets on these cops backs.

The USA needs these dedicated people to protect the citizens of this country. Without them, the next step is total anarchy.  That is exactly what some of the rebellious factions in this country ARE SHOOTING for.

Lets hope that we soon come to our senses and go back to the honorable way of conducting our life-styles. Although sad to say, I really don’t see a bright future for the USA the way we are regressing at such a rapid pace.
