Prep school graduate gets a year in jail for sexual assault:

No one can convince me;  if this was not a very prestigious PREP school, this poor little kid went to, he would have been given a more justified punishment.

As we can see, fall is upon us, winter is on the way and we have another case of affluenza in one of the country’s most prestigious colleges.

A graduate of an exclusive New England prep school was sentenced Thursday to a year in jail for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old freshman girl as part of a tradition in which upperclassman competed to rack up sexual conquests.

We can’t call it an initiation into a fraternity, we will call it bragging rights that the poor rich brats have to attain so they can look good in front of their peers.

When it was 20 year old Owen Labrie turn in the barrel to showcase his stuff, the lad went a little too far with his attempted conquests. The label that is placed on this scenario among the upper class-men is called the Senior Salute. I guess that is their parting gift to the college as they graduate to keep the stellar tradition alive.

Labrie deceptively lured a 15 year old girl, also a student, into a deserted building on campus with the intention of making his bones where he attempted to rape her. That maneuver according to reports was unsuccessful; well use your head to imagine as what kind of sex act transpired.

Here are a couple of corkers that are amusing. The lad was studying to be a divinity dude on the old man’s dime or 552,900 dimes ($55,290.00) a year for school.

We can call him a junior Elmer Gantry (the movie) played so dramatically by one of the best Burt Lancaster.

Elmer was a fast-talking, charming, con-man, traveling salesman, deceitful evangelist that had a affection for the better things in life. Sex, money and booze. Maybe that is too much of a stretch to compare Owen to Elmer??

I don’t know if the $55,290 a year includes meals or not. Put that together with some spending money and a few other necessities like beer money and some extra cash for weed.  It winds up costing the old man about 75 grand or more a year for his kid to go to college where he tries keep up a college tradition by trying to rape a girl to impress his knuckle head friends.

It is a black eye to the college and I am sure that some of the former alumni who are hanging their heads in shame. Some of the alumni that went to St. Paul’s School include Secretary of State John Kerry, former FBI Director Robert Mueller, at least 13 U.S. ambassadors and three Pulitzer Prize winners, including “Doonesbury” creator Garry Trudeau.

In this case we can safely say that all that glitters is not gold.

Naturally the rich kids ambulance chaser claimed that is was a consensual thing between the two kids.

The prosecutor wanted to give the rich kid 7 years in prison but the ambulance chaser for the kid wanted house arrest and probation. Naturally, the sympathetic judge gave junior 1 year in the slams. That is what they do with rich kids.

His dis-honorable is not quite as bad as the idiot judge that gave the original affluenza kid 10 probation for killing 4 of his friends in an automobile accident.

Couch was sentenced to 10 years’ probation but no jail time.

How come all of these preppy kids have that same stupid, I am a rich kid look on their face???

I can’t say this with 100% certainty but kids that have names like Rocco or Dominic usually don’t do these things.  If their old man found out, unlike the affluenza kids pathetic old man, he would kick the shit out of them, haul their ass to jail and tell the judge to thrown the book at them.

The word got around campus very quickly about the young girl and her misadventure. To start with she had no business going into a deserted building with someone 3 years older than her. We all know what a young person will do to be in the click or part of a group. She was harassed to no end and even contemplated suicide.

To all the salami’s out there that think this is a just sentence; what if it was your daughter?
