In the Marine Corps we have a saying; shit slides down hill. The PFC always gets dumped on while the general sits atop of his mighty steed and never gets any dirty under his finger nails. 

That is exactly what is happening with the mayor of Chicago (the general) and what he has done to the city’s police chief (the PFC).

Emanuel  has made the chief  the fall guy in the fallout of the unnecessary shooting of the black kid wielding the 3″ knife that was clearly not a  threat to anyone.  The mayor claims the chief has not done his job properly, so he is giving him the boot. 

The mayor  has to remember something; when a person points the finger at someone else, there are three pointing back at him.

In all of my years on Mother Earth and they have been many; I have rarely ever seen anyone in an upper level position take the rap for anything. They always find a scapegoat that they use fr a scapegoat.

I remember a guy in the Army 2nd Lt. William Calley. He was instructed by his superiors to wipe out an entire village in My Lai Vietnam; take no prisoners. The village was supposed to be a strong hold of the Viet  Cong.

When the news media got a hold of it, that is when the finger pointing began. Calley took the rap for his superior officers and was give a life sentence. All of the big wigs knew he got shafted and Nixon eventually has his sentence reduced after 3 years in prison.

In Chicago like in any other city, I would assume that a police chief  is directly under the supervision of the mayor. If my assumption is accurate; whose fault should it be when a city  goes haywire and falls apart? I would assume it would be the mayors.

Who is the first one that has their nose in front of the camera when there is a positive event or something to brag about. It is not the police chief, it is the mayor.

We happen to live in a very hypocritical and every man for himself society and it appears that for the most part, the incapable people that are at the helm continue to come out on top. Never any accountability.

I used to believe in karma but in recent years there have a been a lot people in high places literally getting away with murder.

Whose idea was it to keep the videotape from the public for such a long time? It sure was not the the police chiefs.

It just so happened that elections were coming up a that time and Rahm did not want to jeopardize  his chances of getting reelected.

Now that Obama’s x-right hand man’s back is against the wall he is putting the blame on the guy that is directly under his supervision. Typical politician.

Just like Obama with the presidency; I think Emanuel bit off more than he could chew when he became mayor of the Windy ( Now the killing capitol of the USA) City. Both of these men thought they were going to change the world with their passive – PC – liberal methods of operation. Wrong on both accounts.

This type of governing should serve as an eye opener to the voters in 2016. I don’t think that our country has been in this poor of a condition in it’s history.

They will never admit it but their concept of leadership is in the bilges of the ship. It takes a strong – honest – hard nosed – unselfish patriot to be a good and successful leader. Neither of the men fit that bill.

A person really has to stop and wonder exactly what their motives are?  Patriots do not do what these men and their followers have done.

Taking responsibility for one’s errors is more important than taking credit for their achievements. It brings out the true character in a person when they stand up and acknowledge their mistakes..

This is something that our politicians find it hard getting a handle on.

Rahm is the one that should be getting it  rammed to him, not the police chief.

When is their day of reckoning ever coming for these people???
