Global Climate Change Pact Approved at COP 21 Conference in Paris

Just another foolish observation of mine with only one BIG question.

When was the last time in history of the world that agreements of any magnitude have been made between super powers and they remained signatory to their end of the agreement??? Never that I can remember and I have a few years in grade.

All these conferences that the world leaders hold periodically are just an excuse to have a bash and piss away train loads of soldi they so easily squander because it is not coming out of their account.

They can’t agree on what time it is let alone getting the temperature of the earth down a couple of degrees so we don’t all bake to death.

Here is an example  of the incompetence of what they didn’t cover at their historic meeting:

Some major points not addressed

The agreement, put together at the 21st Conference of Parties, or COP21, doesn’t mandate exactly how much each country must reduce its greenhouse gas emissions.

Rather, it sets up a bottom-up system in which each country sets its own goal — which the agreement calls a “nationally determined contribution” — and then must explain how it plans to reach that objective.

Those pledges must be increased over time, and starting in 2018 each country will have to submit new plans every five years.

Many countries actually submitted their new plans before climate change conference, known as COP21, started last month — but those pledges aren’t enough to keep warming below the 2-degree target. But the participants’ hope is that over time, countries will aim for more ambitious goals and ratchet up their commitments.

Another sticking point has been coming up with a way to punish nations that don’t do their part, but observers say that was never really on the table.

Instead, the agreement calls for the creation of a committee of experts to “facilitate implementation” and “promote compliance” with the agreement, but it won’t have the power to punish violators.

Essentially the parameters were set up  putting each country on the HONOR system; leaving it up to each one of them to hold up their part of the agreement. HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

That is like the Turkish bath house I used to go to a few years back where all of the goomba and jewish guys met to chew the fat. After hours of sweating our asses off, beating our selves with palm branches, crawling into an ice tub that made our goolunies disappears, we all at steaks dinners and drank beer. When we we ready to leave the owner would ask what we had. The HONOR system!!

That particular I ate 3 steak dinners, had about 6 shot and beers. I told the guy I had one beer and one steak. He told me to get the f–k out and not come back. So much for the HONOR system.

The comedians at the Paris Climate conference make me look like a kindergarten when it come to the HONOR system.

While all of these high rollers were trapped in the same building, they should  have used that time to figure out how to conquer terrorism in this world; that in my opinion is a far greater issue.

It is all a bunch of  and useless conversation.

What good is a cooler climate if their is no one on earth to benefit by it?

Don’t misunderstand me; climate change is a great cause but very few of the attendees are going to walk that line they agreed on.

Lets face it; mankind is out to destroy this earth and everything  on it and they are going to accomplish that one way or another. It is not if they will, it is how long will it take!! That I will guarantee.
