Outrage in Paradise after cop shoots crashed drunk driver

When are these gun happy Wyatt Earp  like guys ever going to learn? Better yet; when are the communities they work in going to prosecute them when they go hey-wire? What an injustice it is for their communities. This Blue Code has been taken too far in some instances.

I don’t care what race or nationality a person is, they deserve better treatment from law-enforcement than what they are getting in some situations.

The citizens of Paradise, Calif. are very disturbed that there i not going to be any repercussions for the cops shooting.

Officer Patrick Feaster, a gun happy cop open fired on a man attempting to escape from his vehicle after a chase when he wrecked his SUV. The victim was trying to get out of the wrecked vehicle when Wyatt Earp opened fire on him hitting him in the neck paralyzing him; apparently for no other reason than he was trying to get away. No weapons were involved.

The deranged cop was followed the driver after noticing him speed out of a parking lot with his headlights off.

Instead of the cop being prosecuted for the unnecessary shooting, the  victim will be the one that faces serious criminal charges.

When the driver, 26-year-old Andrew Thomas, crashing his SUV his wife is ejected from the window and died at the scene.

Feaster walks towards the car and fires one shot, hitting Thomas in the neck as he attempted to get out through the window. Twenty-five seconds, later Feaster describes Thomas as being uncooperative.

“I’ve got an unresponsive female, I’ve got a male in the car refusing to get out,” Feaster could be heard saying in the dash-cam video.

This poor guy not only lost his wife in the maylay but is facing vehicular manslaughter charges in his wife’s death.

To add insult to injury; the gun happy cop waited 11 minutes before he called in his report. Should that indicator that he may be trying to cover something up???

The citizens of Paradise are outraged that Wyatt was not removed from the force and will NOT face any charges. Who can blame them?

In situations like this, I can’t figure out why they call it the justice system. Justice for whom???
