If Pagliano comes clean, Bill’s wife would be up to her — in alligators:

How many times in any investigation should a  person be allowed to invoke the 5th amendment without being charged with obstructing justice?

What is the purpose of subpoenaing someone to testify if they are allowed to plea the 5th in order to skit around telling the truth? It makes no sense.

Pagliano is supposed to be a key witness in the investigation into Bill’s wife’s involvement into any wrong doing while she was secretary of state.

For more than 100 days, yes 100 days, 1/3 of a year, Bryan Pagliano plead the 5th to avoid testifying against Bill’s wife over a personal sever he placed in her house. That is strictly prohibited as a government employee and may implicate  her involvement and show her negligence in the Benghazi terrorist attack.

Bill’s wife knew it was illegal to send government sensitive material using private email server but decided that rules are only for the little people.

I wonder what that little stint in court has cost the taxpayers? 100 days and no answers. Just like most government activities, a total waste of taxpayers money.

A former Clinton flunky , Bryan Pagliano, set up the controversial private email server in Clinton’s home in Chappaqua, N.Y. For some unknown reason Pagliano, set up the server in a bathroom closet. Why would a server be placed in such an inconspicuous place? Would it be possibly that a bathroom closet was the last place anyone would look for one or is it that the Clinton’s crib was too small and they didn’t have space for it anywhere else?????? I will take door # 1.

I am the first one to respect all of the Constitutions guidelines, UNLESS there are situations where taking the 5th is detrimental to national security of the country.

Is it fact that Pagliano having taken the 5th for over 100 days is detrimental to national security? Absolutely yes. If Bill’s wife is elected to the presidency, I would say that our national security will be in peril.

There are so many instances in our judicial system’s history  where criminals, politicians (same thing) and white collar workers that have taken the 5th in order to protect themselves or someone they were involved with in criminal activity. It should be considered a criminal act if ANYONE is deliberately withholding pertinent information in a suspected crime.

If any normal citizen would attempt to invoke the 5th in a criminal trial, they would immediately be tossed in the slams.

The whole thing in a nutshell is; if this guy ever opens up with the truth, Bill’s wife will have a gigantic nail driven into her coffin.  She has so many questionable infractions of improprieties against her now, she can not afford to get nailed with Benghazi issue.

Those finding, if the truth ever comes out, many show she was in part responsible for causing the deaths of American. That should definitely cause her to lose the presidency.  But who has a crystal ball? If I had one I may not want to look into it.
